My impressions

I thought the work of Somen products is so hard, because it began so early in the morning.

I thought the machines made the work easy now, while all the work by hands only in old times.

I came to understand that the scum of dusts is not good for Somen.

I found it needed two days to make Somen. And I was very surprised that each days was so hard.

I hope they could make the Somen more easily by machines.
