The raw materials.

The main materials for Somen is wheat.
A lot of wheat is produced in Tatsuno City.There are many wheat fields arround our school.
And recently Tatsuno inports the wheat from Canada and Australia.
And more,we need a little water,salt,and oil to make Somen.
Water from the Ibo River,and salt from Akoh (famous for producing salt).
